Lexie and Mark find Alex on the ground bleeding heavily, Owen, Teddy and Jackson are in operation or on a patient. Dr. Charles Bailey and Percy are with a patient named Mary (guest star Mandy Moore) when Clark arrives in their room. Percy Bailey and hide, while Marie is dead, but Clark found Percy and shoots him, but spares the life of Bailey when she says she is a nurse and he leaves. Callie and Arizona are glued on the wing of Pediatrics and care for all children and relationships with their own recent break up. Cristina Clark sees and remembers who he is and who he is after. Meredith and Cristina started looking Derek, but Clark finds him first. While Derek is the first able to calm him, Clark changed his mind and shoots and leaves, then Derek.
